Our theme is "No trick to our customer".  Every thing in here is clear. We never make any extra charge on our customer bill. This area is to explain some guidelines of our shop.  Hope customer read it careful before order.

1) The dollar value purchasing in this store is based on $U.S.   So, people have to be careful to calculate the currency ratio.   Note: U.S $1= C.A $1.4,  U.S $1= H.K $7.8, U.S $1 = N.T $32

2)  Under our new agreement with CCnow, refund is welcomed but customer need to return their package in 14days.  If the product has already broken after you received,then we will exchange the same product after you sent back the broken one.

3) Our store location is in Toronto. We use U.P.S ground service to delivery to north america and Canada Post air mail to oversea..  

4) Gfit Owner Store use CCnow credit card payment merchandise as its credit card authorty. Every customer's order transaction is safe and secure under their administration.

5) Due to Administration problem, we set up three fixed shipping cost to simply the transaction. The following list the shipping cost and time delivery of three region.

* For the package exceed 5 lb, we will contact in email to ask for your permission for extra charge on your credit cards.  We will not do it without your permission first.   Usually most of the package is under 5lb, so customers do not need to worry.

I recommend customers group with their friends to buy.  It will save the shipping cost if each one buy little.   Furthermore, All the air mail is under tracking system.  Customer will receive an email stating their package number.   Go to tracking section entering the number to see the package delivery status.   Note * People do not need to go to tracking section if they dont want track their package, there is no harmful with your order.*

6) If the item is sold out after you made the order.  We will cancel the item you order(not the whole order) and credit back to your credit card account.  In addition, we will send you an email to tell you.  Our goods quantity is very limited and in first come first serve method, so hurry up to make the order!
